The regulations state that you can not use a registration number to make it newer than it actually is. Number Plate  JL72 KOL  can only be assigned to vehicles with a 72 series or later i.e. vehicles first registered on or after 1 September 2022. You cannot put a newer registration number onto an older vehicle.
